Digitization rally: The main prize goes to Karlsruhe
Messe Essen, DVS and the IndustryFusion Foundation launched an interactive digitalization rally at this year's Schweissen & Schneiden, in which exhibitors could present their solutions and visitors could win. The main prize has now been ceremoniously presented
At SCHWEISSEN & SCHNEIDEN 2023, Messe Essen and DVS cooperated with the IndustryFusion Foundation and focused on the topic of digitalization: Under the motto "Get connected - get digital!", an interactive rally was organized in which all visitors to the trade fair could participate. Exhibitors took the opportunity to showcase one of their digitalization solutions as part of the campaign. Visitors were able to learn, solve puzzles and win prizes. The prizes: a premium welding machine from Kemppi, a mobile welding fume filter from Novus, an Xnet Plug and Play set from EWM, a manual plasma cutting system from Kjellberg, a mobile filter system from TEKA and an iPad sponsored by Carl Cloos.
The Master M 358 MIG/MAG welding machine sponsored by Kemppi has now been ceremoniously handed over to the winner, Wiggert & Co. GmbH from Karlsruhe, in the new DemoLab of the IndustryFusion Foundation in Bad Wörishofen (Bavaria); the other prizes have also already found their new owners. "Many visitors to the trade fair took the opportunity to take part in the rally. A successful campaign to publicize the benefits of digitalization in a profitable and tangible way. Congratulations and enjoy the main prize," said Igor Mikulina, President of the Foundation's Board of Trustees, at the presentation ceremony.
